Essential for many of our customers, the FuelMaster Integration pulls fuel and fleet data into one location without manual imports or redundant data entry. With this integration, customers can efficiently and accurately track vehicle data, while also creating proactive maintenance schedules.

The FuelMaster Integration with Cartegraph OMS can be implemented through Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) connecting directly to a database table or through automation with a standard comma delimited (CSV) file. The integration enables Cartegraph to create Equipment records in OMS from the fuel system if the record does not already exist. From there, fuel logs are created in Cartegraph from the fuel system using a scheduled integration at a configurable interval, allowing customers to track the total usage and cost attributed to an individual piece of equipment. Fuel data typically includes: Fuel Site ID, Date and Time, Equipment ID, Quantity, Product, and Unit Cost.

Standard integrations into Cartegraph can also manipulate data in real-time, so values are consistent with other Cartegraph data. For example, if unleaded fuel is referred to as a coded value in the fuel system, it can be automatically converted to state Unleaded Fuel in OMS. This data manipulation makes searching and reporting significantly easier for end users of OMS. Please note: this FuelMaster example can be applied to GasBoy, Phoenix PetroVend, or any other fuel system with an accessible data source as described above.

Motorola 911

Every second counts when you’re dealing with emergencies, which is why customers use the Motorola 911 integration to seamlessly pass information directly from their 911 operators into Cartegraph OMS. Whether infrastructure has been impacted by a motor vehicle accident or severe weather, the integration allows customers to dispatch crews instantly and eliminates redundant data entry—saving 911 operators thousands of precious minutes per year.

This Motorola 911 integration with Cartegraph OMS creates requests in OMS through Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) connecting to the customer’s 911 database. The connection can be set-up at a scheduled interval—such as every five minutes—and the queried data is processed and created into Requests in Cartegraph OMS. The fields added to the OMS Request include: Requester, Operator, Client Type, How Received, District, Division, and Customer Status.


JULIE, Inc. is a “call before you dig” service that helps protect underground utilities and the safety of people working or living near them. By integrating JULIE tickets with Cartegraph OMS Tasks, customers save time and increase accuracy by reducing redundant data entry.

The JULIE Integration with Cartegraph OMS can be implemented through automation with an extensible markup language (XML) file. The integration retrieves JULIE ticket data from an FTP server and converts this information into a Task within Cartegraph OMS. Ticket data typically includes: Received Date, Ticket Number, Ticket Type, Work Description, and a URL to the ticket’s map. In addition, the original JULIE ticket file is attached to the OMS Task record, so the original ticket can be easily referenced.
