General Info & Pricing

  • Where can I buy tickets?

    Tickets for the Cartegraph National Conference can be purchased on the registration page. You have three options to choose from, including Admin Certification, Conference Only, or the Full Conference (includes both Admin Certification + the Conference).

  • Do I need to buy my CarteCon ticket in advance?

    Yes. Please purchase your tickets via the Registration page ahead of the conference.

  • Can I be invoiced for my tickets?

    Definitely! To be invoiced for your tickets, select your ticket type(s) on the registration page. Then, at the very bottom of the ticket module, there is the option to "Pay via Invoice" just below the "Order Now" button. From there, you will continue filling out your details, and the Cartegraph accounting department will reach out in the coming weeks with an invoice. Easy peasy.

  • How do I know what ticket package is right for me?

    Ahhh, the age-old question. Don't worry, we created a handy-dandy chart on the Registration page to help you identify the perfect ticket package for you. Still have questions? Our events team will be happy to help. Drop them a line now.

  • What’s included in the cost of my CarteCon ticket?

    For more information on the differences and inclusions for Admin Certification, Conference Only, and Full Conference tickets, check out our handy-dandy chart on the registration page.

  • Can I transfer my conference ticket to another individual?

    Yes. You may transfer your admin certification and/or conference ticket to a colleague at no additional charge. To transfer your registration:

    1. Click the “Manage Registration Details” link found in your confirmation email.
    2. Enter the email address you used at registration. A unique link will be emailed to you to confirm your identity so you can manage your registration details.
    3. Once you’ve confirmed your identity, you’ll receive an email to manage your registration. Click the link inside, and you’ll be taken to a new page where you can review your information, edit details, or transfer a registration.
    4. Select “Transfer Registration.” Enter the email address, first name, and last name of the individual you would like to transfer your registration to and select “Transfer Registration” one last time.
    5. You’re all set! Both you and your colleague will receive confirmation emails.

  • What are the on-site check in hours?

    Admin Certification Check In:
    Monday, September 14: 7:00am–5:00pm (Lobby)

    Admin Recertification & General Conference Check In:
    Tuesday, September 15: 7:30am–8:30pm (Lobby)

    General Conference Check In:
    Wednesday, September 16: 6:30am–5:15pm (2nd Floor Info Desk)
    Thursday, September 17: 7:00am–5:15pm (2nd Floor Info Desk)
    Friday, September 18: 6:00am–3:00pm (2nd Floor Info Desk)

    Please note: you need to purchase your tickets ahead of the Cartegraph National Conference through the registration page.

Admin Certification

  • Why should I become Cartegraph Admin Certified?

    By attending Cartegraph Admin Certification training, you’ll learn the ins-and-outs, tips, and best practices you need to streamline your day-to-day operations and increase the return on your software investment. After you crush the admin certification test, you'll earn your organization 5% off future implementation and professional services agreements for one year. Plus, you'll receive a bonafide certificate and Cartegraph swag to proudly show off your new credentials around the office.

    Please note: the professional services discount does not apply to current/existing services agreements or to annual subscriptions. The discount can be applied to future implementation and professional services agreements, such as extended support, quarterly or bi-annual training events, integrations, or other services engagements.

  • Is there a recertification option available for those who were certified last year?

    Yes. Individuals who passed admin certification training at CarteCon 2019 have the opportunity to attend a one-day, accelerated recertification training on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. For more information, please contact events@cartegraph.com.

  • What’s included in the cost of the admin certification ticket?

    For starters, 2-days of in-depth Cartegraph training. For more information on ticket inclusions, check out our handy-dandy chart on the registration page.

  • Will there be other training opportunities outside of admin certification?

    Yes. Simplified versions of the core Cartegraph Certification trainings will be repeated throughout the general conference programming for all attendees September 16-18.

  • Can I purchase my Admin Certification ticket at the conference?

    No. You must purchase your Admin Certification or Full Conference tickets through the Cartegraph National Conference website. Tickets are limited to the first 150 admin certification registrations, so we recommend you purchase your ticket as soon as possible.

  • Do I really need a laptop for Admin Certification training?

    Yes! It’s your responsibility to ensure you have a laptop to participate in the interactive pre-conference admin certification training and testing. To review the system requirements for Cartegraph OMS, click here.

  • When will I take the admin certification test?

    Good news: based on your feedback, open-book testing for admin certification will take place after the conference. This should allow for ample study time, and help you to relax and enjoy the rest of the week.

    At the end of certification training, you'll receive an email with a link to the final test. You'll have any time up until midnight on September 25, 2020 to complete the exam.

  • Will there be a test retake available?

    No. There will be no test retakes or make-ups for Cartegraph Admin Certification testing.

Travel & Dining

  • When should I arrive at the conference?

    That depends. If you’re registered for the pre-conference Cartegraph Admin Certification training, we recommend you arrive the evening of Sunday, September 13. That way, you’ll be rested and ready for the admin certification check in from 7:00–8:30am on Monday, September 14.

    If you're registered for Cartegraph Admin Recertification, we recommend you arrive the evening of Monday, September 14. You can check in until 5:00pm on Monday or from 7:00–8:00am on Tuesday morning.

    If you’re heading out for the regular conference programming, arriving on Tuesday, September 15 will give you a chance to get settled into your hotel room and provide you extra time to mingle with fellow users at the Welcome Social from 6:00–8:00pm. You can also beat the conference-day rush by checking in from 4:00–8:00pm.

  • Does my ticket fee include transportation and hotel costs?

    No. All costs for transportation and hotel accommodations are your responsibility. But, we can hook you up with a discounted conference room rate through Live! by Loews - Arlington Texas. Book the $229 per room rate now while space is still available.

  • Where should I stay?

    CarteCon is taking over the Live! by Loews hotel for the duration of the conference! Check out our Hotel page for more information.

  • Are meals included with my registration?

    Breakfast and lunch are on us every day of the conference, and we’re even throwing in complimentary appetizers and drinks during the evening Welcome Social on Tuesday, September 15 and the High-Performance Hootenanny on Wednesday, September 16.

  • Where should I eat?

    Everywhere. (Just kidding, but not.) If you're looking to stick close to the hotel, head to the Texas Live! entertainment district for a bite. If you're up for an Uber ride and want to try local cuisine or Food Network favorites, head here!

  • What is the weather like in Arlington in September?

    It's going to be warm. Expect highs around 88°F and lows around 67°F. We recommend keeping your eye on the weather as we get closer to the conference, and be sure to pack extra layers so you’re prepared.

  • How do I get from DFW International Airport to the CarteCon hotel?

    Your best bet will be snagging an Uber or Lyft, or hailing a cab with an estimated fare of about $30. If you're looking to rent a car, our good friend, Google Maps, will help you on your way. Live! by Loews offers valet parking only at $38/car/night. Parking charges will be billed to your room.
