We're launching a fresh take on our pre-conference Admin Certification training. Day one will be focused on mastering the core concepts and features you need to get the most out of your Cartegraph OMS investment. Pass the exam up to 3 weeks after the training, and you'll be certified.
Day two is where things get really interesting. We're offering deep-dive training into key areas of the system that you use—or would like to. Choose up to four subjects to dive into. Pass the certification exam and a quick subject quiz, and you'll earn an additional specialty for that topic.

Over this 2-day, pre-conference training, Cartegraph experts will guide you through the adjacent topics. You should be comfortable with Cartegraph—a power user or an administrator—and bring your own laptop to participate in sessions.
Day 1: Master the core concepts needed to get the most out of your Cartegraph investment. You'll learn everything from successful system setup and asset conditions to proactive work and data analysis.
Day 2: Take a deeper dive into key areas of the system. Choose 4 of the following specialty subjects: GIS, Resources, Asset Condition Manager, Scenario Builder, Advanced Reports, or Automations.
By attending Cartegraph Admin Certification training, you’ll learn the ins-and-outs, tips, and best practices you need to streamline your day-to-day operations and increase the return on your software investment. After you crush the admin certification test, you'll earn your organization 5%* off future implementation and professional services agreements through May 31st 2024, plus you'll receive a bona fide certificate to proudly show off your new credentials around the office.

Admin Certification check in starts at 7:000am on Monday, May 1st with sessions starting at 8:30 am. We recommend you arrive the evening before, Sunday, April 30th, to give you a bit of a buffer and save you from that reoccurring stress dream where you're at the final exam but you missed every class.
No. You must purchase your Admin Certification tickets through the CarteCon registration website. Tickets are limited to the first 150 admin certification registrations, so we recommend you purchase your ticket as soon as possible.
Yes! It’s your responsibility to ensure you have a laptop to participate in the interactive pre-conference admin certification training and testing. Cartegraph will not be providing complimentary laptops this year. Check out Campus for Cartegraph OMS system requirements.
If you are unable to bring your own system, we are offering a limited number of laptops for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. To purchase a laptop rental, please select the “Laptop Rental” ticket option when registering for the event. As laptops are limited, we recommend you purchase your admin certification registration and laptop rental as soon as possible.
All attendees will be receiving an email at the end of day one. You will need to take the certification exam and subject quizzes by May 19th.
You will receive your exam results immediately after submitting the exam.
Yes, we will allow one retake for each of the exams.
