Call for Speaker Abstracts Now Open

Your team works hard every day to manage your buildings and infrastructure effectively. Why not show off that hard work? Share your successes, lessons learned, best practices, and tips with hundreds of Cartegraph users across the nation's cities, counties, parks, utilities, schools, and more!

Presenting at the National Conference will not only save you $500 off the full-cost price of your conference admission, but it will also help justify your trip and give you an opportunity to share your expertise. Want to get started? Here's what you need to do:

  1. Submit your abstract.

Grab your team for a brainstorm, then submit your favorite ideas to us by December 9, 2022. All you need to do is fill out the quick submission form below. Don’t worry, you don’t need your full presentation ready at this point—we just want to hear your ideas.

  2. Get accepted.

Once abstract submissions close, we will review all proposals for consideration. All authors will be notified in December after the selection process. Final selections will be based on topic, content, connection to Cartegraph, and time available.

  3. Register online.

Once your proposal is accepted, you’ll need to register for the Cartegraph National Conference. As a thank you for sharing your story, we’ll give you a code to receive $500 off the full-price conference rate! Please note: This offer is valid for single-speaker registrations only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Presenters are responsible for their own registration, travel, and hotel costs.

  4. Get ready to shine.

After your abstract is selected and you’re registered for the conference, our Cartegraph team will help you finalize your presentation. Presentations will vary from 30-45 minutes, followed by time for audience questions.
