Scott founded CartęGraph Systems, Inc., in 1993. Since then he has served as President and CEO, overseeing all corporate management and administration functions. A graduate of Iowa State University, Scott is a licensed professional Civil Engineer. Dave Robbins Executive Vice President of Services Dave has over 20 years of experience working in Services leadership roles at large software organizations. His most recent position prior to joining CartęGraph was Vice President for Development and Support at McKesson, a Fortune 100 healthcare services and technology company. Dave is responsible for the Project Services, Engineering Services and Support Services departments, and coordinates each of those areas so as to enhance the level of our customers’ satisfaction. Mark Weber Executive Vice President of Finance Mark’s responsibilities include all of the financial areas of accounting, administration, and IT divisions. Prior to joining CartęGraph Mark was an auditor with McGladrey & Pullen. Mark graduated from The University of Northern Iowa with a BA in accounting and is a licensed CPA in the state of Iowa. Dennis Welu Executive Vice President of Products Dennis serves as the Executive Vice President of Products. Dennis’ responsibilities include directing the product life cycle through requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance phases. Before arriving at CartęGraph, Dennis worked at National Computer Systems (NCS) and Eagle Point Software. Dennis graduated from Clarke College with a BS in Computer Science.
