CartęGraph offers a wide spectrum of educational opportunities to fit the specific needs of your organization. Educational services are available in a traditional classroom setting at CartęGraph, at your facilities training location, delivered as one-on-one mentoring, or via web based distance learning.

CartęGraph Class Room Training
CartęGraph Class Room Training allows attendees from your organization to be educated at our location away from the daily interruptions of their work environment, making training more cost effective for a smaller group of staff. Each training class allows attendees to develop the skills necessary to become productive and efficient in the use of the CartęGraph applications. CartęGraph Class Room Training courses are available for each of the CartęGraph applications. CartęGraph Class Room Training is typically delivered in a train-the-trainer format.
On-Site Class Room Training
On-Site Training allows attendees from your organization to be educated at your location, making training more convenient for you. Each training class allows attendees to develop the skills necessary to become productive and efficient in the use of the CartęGraph applications. Training is classroom- style utilizing the instructor’s computer via a projector. On-Site Training courses are available for each of the CartęGraph applications and can include discussion on organization specific procedures. On-Site Training can be delivered in a train-the-trainer format or directly to the end-users.
Web Based Training
Web Based Training, offered in 1 to 4 hour sessions, provides training without leaving the comfort of your office. Instruction is provided using web services which allow attendees to view the instructor’s actual screen and communicate via phone. Standard curriculum classes are available for each application in the CartęGraph suite. This training can be conducted in a one-to-one or a one-to- many formats.
On-Site Mentoring
As reinforcement to the concepts taught in CartęGraph training classes, On-Site Mentoring is conducted at your workstation utilizing your actual software system. A CartęGraph implementation consultant provides over-the-shoulder instruction to you and your team as a method to reinforce CartęGraph functionality as it relates to your daily activities.
Web Based Mentoring
Similar to On-Site Mentoring, Web Based Mentoring provides a review of the concepts taught in CartęGraph training classes via the web. Web Based mentoring gives you the benefits of working one-on-one with a CartęGraph trainer using either your software application or CartęGraph training training system to relate the course material.
Custom Training
Customers may also elect to have CartęGraph develop a custom training agenda. Custom Training classes are tailored to educate your staff using your data, modified forms, filters, reports and other requirements. CartęGraph works with you to develop the custom curriculum and training materials for your organization.
