 Citizen Submits
a Request Using an iPhone or Droid, the citizen submits an issue in three easy steps.
Work Order is Created
YourGOV automatically notifies WORKdirector of the incoming request. You quickly validate the request, create the work order, and schedule it.
Field Work is Completed
The work order appears on the assigned crew members’ visual to-do list in Cartegraph Mobile. The labor is completed in the field and the work order is closed-out in the system.
Citizen Receives Notification
Once the work order is closed, the reporting citizen is automatically notified via the YourGOV web portal and email.

In just three steps, YourGOV helps community members submit common issues — such as potholes, vandalism, street light outages, and dead animals — complete with location, unique details, and photos.
Step 1
Locate Your Issue
GPS technology determines user location and the organization that should receive the request. Users can specify a different location by simply dragging the locator pin to the appropriate spot.
Step 2
Enter Issue Details
Add a photo, choose the issue, and provide some details. YourGOV users can choose to include contact information, or submit their requests anonymously.
Step 3
Submit Your Issue
Tap Submit, and YourGOV automatically sends the request to the appropriate organization.

Cartegraph’s YourGOV Web citizen request applications brings the word ‘transparency’ to life. By simply creating a free user account, community members can submit requests, track the progress of their requests, and view the status of any open request in your area.
