Step 1

Locate Your Incident

GPS technology determines user location. Users can specify a different location by simply dragging the locator pin to the appropriate spot.

Step 2

Enter Incident Details

Add a photo, choose the incident, and provide some details. Airport SMS users can choose to include contact information, or submit their requests anonymously.

Step 3

Submit Your Incident

Tap Submit, and Airport SMS automatically sends the request to your Cartegraph work order portal.
