MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST (Marketing Division)
Job Summary The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties including designing promotional materials, creating and maintaining internal and external web sites, creating necessary collateral pieces, writing press releases and articles, and designing product interface. The Marketing Communications Specialist will work with all areas of the Marketing Division as well as the rest of the company.
Requirements Four-year degree in English, journalism, advertising, communications, graphic design or a related field required. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as advanced knowledge or experience with desktop publishing and design software, preferably Adobe Creative Suite, required. Strong, accurate grammar, spelling and proofreading skills required. Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously is needed. Superior analytical skills required, plus ability to work under deadline pressure and work extra hours if needed. Effective interpersonal and communication skills also required.

IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT (Services Division)
Job Summary The Implementation Consultant delivers high-quality professional services to clients throughout the implementation phase of project delivery. The Implementation Consultant is an expert in the CartęGraph software applications and is the hands-on CartęGraph representative to the client during project implementation. The delivery of the services may occur via phone, Internet meeting technology or on-site sessions. The Consultant will be required to exhibit strong communication skills and team cooperation.
Requirements Four-year degree in an applicable field plus 2 years of experience OR a two-year degree with at least 4 years of experience in client-facing technical support, training, consulting and/or installation required. Knowledge of public works/government, MS Windows; MS Access, MSDE, SQL and Oracle databases; and/or GIS programs is a plus. We are looking for a motivated and energetic professional with good communication and customer service skills. Ability to travel 50% or more nationally required.

SR. SOFTWARE ENGINEER (Products Division)
Job Summary A Sr. Software Engineer is needed to design and develop a new generation of CartęGraph software, used for public works asset management in the municipal marketplace. We are seeking a bright, motivated individual who is looking for an exciting opportunity working with the latest development tools and architectures. This position has input to all aspects of the software development lifecycle. We utilize an agile software development process, which includes paired programming and test-driven development.
Requirements Four-year degree in Computer Science or Mathematics is required. At least 3 years of object-oriented design & programming experience required. Strong communication & interpersonal skills needed. Familiarity with Microsoft development tools desired. C# and VBScript experience a plus.
