Hands-on software training sessions will be held on Monday, October 4 and Tuesday, October 5 at the nearby campus of Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) Town Clock Center for Professional Development.
These training sessions vary in length and include visual presentations, and question and answer opportunities. Registered attendees receive access to daily, complimentary transportation from the lobby of the Grand Harbor Resort to the NICC campus.
On Wednesday, October 6, and Thursday, October 7 the venue will shift to the Grand River Center. This year’s CONNECT itinerary features 4 different tracks — workforce, management, citizen, and mobile — each one focused on a different component of connected government.
Highlighted session topics include system integration, enhanced reporting, and successful implementation. Attendees will also have the opportunity to sample Cartegraph’s latest innovations, including the YourGOV Citizen Request Application.
Seating is limited, so be sure to sign-up for your preferred training sessions at the time of online registration.
