When does Cartegraph CONNECT begin and end?
Cartegraph CONNECT begins on Monday, October 4 and concludes on Thursday, October 7.

Where will Cartegraph CONNECT be held?
Cartegraph CONNECT is being held at two main locations in Downtown Dubuque, with a variety of social activities being held around the Port of Dubuque. Monday, October 4 and Tuesday, October 5 will be held at the NICC Dubuque Town Clock Center campus. Wednesday, October 6 and Thursday, October 7 will be held at the Grand River Center, 500 Bell Street, Dubuque, Iowa.

What is the format of Cartegraph CONNECT?
On October 4-5, demonstration and hands-on training sessions will be held at the NICC Dubuque Town Clock Center campus. Client presentations begin October 6 and run through October 7 at the Grand River Center. Please view the Training/Sessions tab for the complete schedule and session details.

There are a variety of times available to check-in for Cartegraph CONNECT:

How do I make my hotel arrangements? What location is the host hotel for Cartegraph CONNECT?

What meals are included with Cartegraph CONNECT registration?
Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Wednesday, October 7th, and Thursday, October 8th. Appetizers will be provided at the socials on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

What is appropriate attire for Cartegraph CONNECT?
The attire for Cartegraph CONNECT is business casual.

What is the cancellation policy for Cartegraph CONNECT 2010?
September 24, 2010 and after – No refund
On or before September 23, 2010- 25% refund
On or before September 10, 2010 – 50% refund
On or before September 3, 2010 – 75% refund

Can attendees bring spouses or guests along with them to Cartegraph CONNECT?
Attendees can bring their spouses or other guests to the event. However, attendees will be billed for meals and socials that guests take part in, as they are not a Cartegraph CONNECT registrant. Do User Group attendees get free admission to Cartegraph CONNECT?
Each client organization that attended a User Group in the last year will receive one free Cartegraph CONNECT registration with a paid registration from their organization.
